About
Most gaming content is optimized for algorithms, not readers. Hot takes on new releases, SEO-friendly listicles, sponsored enthusiasm. This site is the opposite of that.
I’ve been gaming for over 3 decades, from old-school home computers through modern endgame content. I write long-form analysis on game mechanics, build theory, game reviews, and systems design, the kind of deep-dive content that doesn’t fit in a Steam review or Reddit comment. I also wrench on motorcycles and dabble in tabletop gaming, so those show up here too.
This is a personal knowledge repository. No ads, no affiliate links, no sponsored content unless clearly marked. Just documented thinking on games, bikes, tabletop systems, and whatever else I find worth obsessing over. If you’re looking for “10 Best Games of 2026” clickbait, you’re in the wrong place. If you want to read 3,000 words on Nioh 3’s dual-mode combat system, why Warframe’s Steel Path is the actual endgame, or how defensive layer stacking works in practice, stick around.
